How to Train with Me: Online, In-Person & On-Demand Explained

One of the questions I’m asked most is:

“What’s the best way to train with you?”

And the honest answer is — it depends on you, your lifestyle and what feels realistic right now.

BodyBlitz Fitness is designed to fit around real life, not demand perfection. Whether you love the energy of a group class, prefer exercising at home, or need flexibility week to week, there’s an option that works.

Here’s a simple breakdown so you can choose with confidence.

Online Fitness Classes (From Home)

Training online is one of the most popular ways women choose to exercise with BodyBlitz Fitness.

Online classes are ideal if you:

  • Prefer working out at home

  • Have a busy or unpredictable schedule

  • Don’t want to factor in travel time

  • Feel more confident starting in your own space

You simply log in, press play and follow along. No pressure, no comparison and no need to ‘keep up’. Modifications are always offered so you can move at your own pace.

Live Zoom Classes

Live Zoom classes give you the structure of a class with the comfort of being at home.

They’re great if you:

  • Like having a set time to show up

  • Enjoy real-time guidance and motivation

  • Want accountability without the intimidation of a gym

You can keep your camera on or off — whatever feels comfortable. You’ll still be coached, supported and encouraged throughout.

In-Person Classes

If you enjoy the social side of fitness, in-person classes might be for you.

These sessions offer:

  • A welcoming, supportive group environment

  • Clear instruction and guidance

  • Low-impact but effective workouts

  • A friendly community feel

Many women worry they won’t be ‘fit enough’ for in-person classes. Please know — BodyBlitz Fitness classes are designed for real women of all abilities, and you are never expected to keep up with anyone else.

On-Demand & Catch-Up Sessions

Life doesn’t always stick to a routine — and that’s exactly why catch-up options exist.

On-demand classes are perfect if you:

How Often Should I Train?

For most women, 2-3 strength tarining sessions per week is more than enough to:
