Hi, I’m Emma — founder of BodyBlitz Fitness, Women’s Health & Fitness Specialist, Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 37 years of experience helping people move, feel and live better.
Over the years I’ve worked with women of all ages, fitness levels and life stages, but my passion lies in helping women build strength, confidence, energy and healthier habits in a realistic and sustainable way.
As a woman navigating midlife and menopause myself, I understand first-hand that health and fitness isn’t always as simple as “eat less and move more”. Hormones shift, priorities change, life gets busy and sometimes women simply need support, guidance and a plan that actually fits their real life.
My approach combines evidence-informed fitness, strength training, Pilates, habit coaching, nutrition education and accountability — without extremes, restriction or toxic fitness culture.
Through my face-to-face classes across North Norfolk, online memberships, boutique Reformer Pilates studio, WALKFit™ Silent Disco experiences, personal training and transformational programmes like The 12-Week Gentle Reset, my goal is simple:
To help women feel stronger, healthier, more energised and more confident — while creating habits they can actually sustain.
