If getting up and down from the floor feels uncomfortable or even impossible, my brand-new Seated Fitness Pilates class at Knapton Village Hall could be just what you need. Running every Tuesday morning at 10.30 am, this class is designed to give you all the benefits of Pilates—improved core strength, posture, mobility, and balance—without needing to get onto the floor.
Why Seated Pilates?

With 36 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve worked with thousands of people of all ages, abilities, and needs. As a post-menopausal woman myself, I truly understand how important it is to protect our bones, strengthen muscles, and maintain confidence in movement.
This class brings together everything I believe in: safe, supportive, and effective exercise for real people at every stage of life.
