Why I’m Starting a Gut Reset — And Why I’m Inviting You to Join Me

I'll be honest — I didn’t expect to be here.
With years of experience in women’s health, fitness, hormones and nutrition, I thought I was doing all the right things. Yet recently, I found myself dealing with uncomfortable bloating, sluggish digestion, fluctuating energy, and that frustrating feeling of “something just isn’t quite right.”
And it made me realise something important…
If I’m struggling — with all the knowledge, tools, and experience I have — many other women must be struggling too.
The Gut Health Struggle So Many Women Are Quietly Facing
Across midlife, our bodies change. Hormones shift, stress levels rise, sleep can become disrupted, and the digestive system often becomes far more sensitive than it once was. Foods we used to tolerate suddenly cause bloating. Energy dips become more noticeable. Cravings increase. Weight feels harder to manage.
Yet many women assume:
“It’s just ageing.”
“I just need to eat less.”
“I must be doing something wrong.”
In reality, your gut health may simply need support and a reset.
When the gut is inflamed, overloaded, or out of balance, it can influence:
Hormone balance
Energy levels
Mood and brain fog
Bloating and discomfort
Weight storage, particularly around the midsection
Cravings and blood sugar stability
This is why gut health is becoming one of the most important foundations of midlife wellness.
Why I’m Personally Starting a Gut Reset
Rather than pushing through symptoms or ignoring what my body was telling me, I decided to do something I often encourage my clients to do:
Pause, listen, reset, and rebuild.
This isn’t about extreme dieting, restriction, or complicated protocols. It’s about:
Removing common digestive irritants for a short period
Nourishing the gut with calming, supportive foods
Supporting the microbiome
Reducing inflammation
Allowing the digestive system to function the way it was designed to
And I realised — I don’t want to do this alone.
So I’ve Decided to Open My Gut Reset to You Too
Because so many women I speak to are experiencing the same symptoms — bloating, discomfort, fatigue, stubborn weight gain, and feeling disconnected from their bodies — I’ve decided to run my Guided Gut Reset online, as well as integrate it into my monthly Hormone Hub Masterclass in Knapton Village.
This means you won’t just be “trying another plan.”You’ll be supported, guided, educated, and part of a community of women who are resetting together.
Inside the Gut Reset, we’ll focus on:
Simple, gut-calming food choices
Easy daily habits that support digestion
Understanding why symptoms are happening
Reducing bloating and inflammation
Supporting hormone balance through gut health
Building sustainable habits you can continue long after the reset finishes
If Your Body Has Been Trying to Get Your Attention…
This may be your moment to listen.
If you’ve been feeling:
Bloated most days
Tired even after sleeping
Uncomfortable after meals
Frustrated with stubborn midsection weight
Or simply “not quite yourself”
A short, structured reset can often make a powerful difference.
