🌸 Easy, Accessible Exercise for Women’s Health, Hormones & Confidence
If you’re like many women in your 40s and beyond, you’ve probably noticed that your body doesn’t respond to exercise the same way it used to. Hormones shift, energy levels fluctuate, and stubborn midsection weight (hello, hormone belly!) can seem impossible to budge.
But here’s the good news: exercise doesn’t have to be long, complicated, or confined to a gym. You can start feeling stronger, more energised, and more confident with short, accessible workouts you can do anywhere — even in your living room, your garden, or on holiday.
When i go on Holiday i like to concentrate on my Daily steps, hydration, be mindful of eating an array of nutritious food while relaxing and enjoying the local cuisine, i also like to do very short litttle workouts (it just makes me feel better)& not spend my time in the Gym, hence why the Daily challenge and monthly focuses are perfect all year round but especially during the summer months when , for most of us ,our routines change, staying active makes me feel better & it will you too.
