With over **23 years’ experience as a Matwork Pilates instructor**, I’ve seen first‑hand how transformative Pilates can be – not just physically, but mentally too. Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, managing aches or injuries, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more connected to your body, there is a Pilates option here for you.

My **Matwork and Fitness Pilates classes** blend traditional Pilates principles with functional, feel‑good movement and are designed for **real people with real bodies** – not Instagram‑perfect poses or intimidating fitness vibes. You don’t need to be flexible, slim, strong or experienced. You simply need to show up.


Pilates here is inclusive, supportive and adaptable for **all fitness levels**, from complete beginners to those wanting to progress their strength and confidence.

For those who aren’t local, or who simply love the convenience of home workouts, I offer **live online Pilates classes** each week.


Express Pilates – Wednesdays 9:10–9:30am


A short, effective **20-minute Pilates workout** designed to fit into busy lives. Perfect if you want to move, strengthen and reset without committing to a full hour.


Online Pilates – Saturdays 9:15–10:00am


A longer, full-body session to build strength, mobility and calm to start your weekend feeling energised and centred.


Both online classes are:
