The Original BodyBlitz WALKFit™ Silent Disco Experience isn't a race, a bootcamp or a dance class. It's a carefully curated experience designed to leave you feeling happier, lighter and more energised than when you arrived. Slip on your wireless headset, immerse yourself in an uplifting soundtrack and let me guide you through Norwich as we walk, move, smile and soak up the incredible atmosphere together. Along the way you'll enjoy optional feel-good movement, plenty of laughter and the wonderful sense of connection that makes every WALKFit™ experience so special. Whether you come on your own or with friends, you'll be welcomed into a supportive community where everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. No pressure. No competition. Just an hour dedicated to your wellbeing. Unlike regular weekly classes, our Norwich events are **exclusive quarterly experiences**, taking place just **four times each year**. Cancellation Policy

*BodyBlitz Fitness – Booking Terms & Conditions (UK)* By booking, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have checked the class, date, location and suitability. BOOKINGS: Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance and are valid only for the stated booking period. Unused sessions cannot normally be carried forward or transferred. CANCELLATIONS: Bookings are non-refundable except where required by UK law. 24 hrs’ notice is required. With 24+hrs’ notice, we may offer another suitable class or online option, subject to availability. Late cancellations/non-attendance receive no credit, transfer or refund. CHANGES: We may amend, relocate or cancel sessions when necessary. If we cancel, an alternative, credit or online option will be offered where suitable; otherwise the affected session will be refunded. OUTDOOR CLASSES: WALKFit™ and other outdoor sessions run in most weather but may be modified, relocated, postponed or cancelled if conditions are unsafe. HEALTH & SAFETY: You are responsible for being fit to participate. Tell your instructor about relevant injuries, conditions, pregnancy or health changes and follow safety instructions. We may refuse/stop participation where reasonably considered unsafe. BABIES/CHILDREN & DOGS: Babies/children must NOT be carried in slings, carriers or similar equipment while participating in WALKFit™ or other BodyBlitz exercise sessions. Dogs/pets may not accompany participants unless the event is advertised as dog-friendly. Assistance dogs will be accommodated where reasonably possible. Failure to meet these safety requirements does not automatically entitle you to a refund/transfer. CONDUCT/EQUIPMENT: Wear suitable clothing/footwear and behave safely and respectfully. WALKFit™ equipment must be cared for and returned. Reasonable costs may be charged for negligent loss/damage. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO: Photos/video may be taken at classes/events for BodyBlitz Fitness website, social media and marketing. Tell us before the session if you do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional content. Consent will be obtained separately where legally required. LIABILITY: Exercise carries inherent risks. Work within your abilities and follow instructions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including death/personal injury caused by negligence.
