Cancellation Policy

BodyBlitz Fitness – Class & Course Booking Terms & Conditions (UK) By booking any BodyBlitz Fitness class, course or programme, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Bookings & Payment: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. 2. Class Validity: Classes are valid only for the stated booking period. Classes do not roll over and unused sessions are forfeited. 3. Refunds & Cancellations: BodyBlitz Fitness operates a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to attend a booked class, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be given. Where notice is provided, BodyBlitz Fitness may offer, as a goodwill gesture, the option to attend another class within the same payment week (subject to availability) or an online class. This is not guaranteed. Requests with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible. 4. Class Changes: Classes may be amended or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If a class is cancelled by BodyBlitz Fitness, no refunds or transfers will be issued. An alternative face-to-face class where possible, or an online option, will be offered. 5. Outdoor Classes & Weather: Outdoor classes will run in most weather conditions. Class format, rules or venue may be adjusted to ensure safety. If an outdoor class is cancelled due to unsafe weather, no refunds or rollovers apply and an alternative face-to-face or online class will be offered. 6. Health & Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate and should seek medical advice if required. Any injuries or medical conditions must be disclosed. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. 7. Conduct & Equipment: Participants must arrive on time, behave respectfully and wear suitable clothing and footwear. 8. Liability: BodyBlitz Fitness accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage except where caused by negligence. 9. Privacy & GDPR: Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR, used only for bookings and communication, stored securely and never sold. 10. Governing Law :These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time and are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By booking, participants confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
