Service Description

A specialist monthly session designed for Women who want to feel stronger, more supported and more confident in midlife. This is not a standard class - it's a focussed session where we work on the areas that change the most for Women over 40. This months focus: Core strength, posture and hormone friendly training. In this session you'll: •Learn how to strengthen your Core safely after 40 •Improve posture and support your back •Build strength without stressing your body •Understand what actually works during perimenopause, menopause and beyond. This session is ideal if you: •Feel your core has weakened •Notice weight gain around the middle •Want expert guidance •Prefer smaller, supportive sessions. Expect: Pilates-based strength •mobility •expert coaching • a welcoming group of women. Spaces are limited First Wednesday of each month 7–8pm

Cancellation Policy

BodyBlitz Fitness – Terms & Conditions (UK) By booking any class, course or programme, you agree to the following: 1. Bookings & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid in advance. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment. 2. Validity Sessions are valid only within the stated booking period. Unused sessions are forfeited and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. 3. Participant Cancellations Bookings are non-refundable except where required under UK law. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel. Where notice is given, an alternative class within the same period or an online option may be offered at our discretion (subject to availability). Late cancellations are not eligible for transfer or credit. 4. Changes by BodyBlitz Fitness We reserve the right to amend or cancel sessions where necessary. If this happens, an alternative class, credit or online option will be offered. Where no suitable alternative is available, a refund will be provided. 5. Outdoor Classes & Weather Sessions will run in most weather conditions. Where conditions are deemed unsafe, classes may be modified, relocated or replaced with a suitable alternative or online session. 6. Health, Fitness & Waiver You confirm you are fit to participate in physical activity and will seek medical advice where appropriate. You must inform us of any injuries, medical conditions or changes to your health. Participation is at your own risk, and you accept responsibility for your health and wellbeing during all sessions, including online classes. You agree to follow all instructions provided. 7. Conduct & Safety Participants must arrive on time, behave respectfully and wear suitable clothing and footwear. We reserve the right to refuse participation where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. 8. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, participation is at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury except where required by law. 9. Privacy Personal data is used only for bookings, communication and service delivery, stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and may be updated at any time.
